What printer brands and paper is best use to make a high quality photo? any tips in choosing or any endorsement is greatly appreciated. thanks!

Ive always used Epson ever since. The print quality is good even on plain papers so its very beginner-friendly plus its has a good warranty so thats added convenience and the ink replacement is much more cheaper compared to other brands considering the good quality of their printing. ( never go for ink refills!)

I recommend the Epson Stylus Pro 3800 17IN Wide Ultrachrome K3, its good in auto managing colors that adds more magenta castes and less saturation and green vibrancy.
